Every GuardOn device comes with free professional installation. Here's exactly what happens between placing your order and your vehicle being protected.

Book your appointment
Once you've ordered, we arrange an installation appointment at a time and location that works for you: home, work, wherever suits your day.

The technician fits your device
A certified technician carries out the installation, typically in under two hours. There's no need to prepare anything beyond making the vehicle available.

Set up the app
Once installation is complete, you download the GuardOn app, pair your device and your vehicle is on guard. This is also when your monitoring subscription is activated.
What to expect from the technician
Your device is fitted by a certified technician. They'll talk you through what they're doing, fit the device out of sight, and confirm everything is working correctly before they leave. If you've got questions on the day, ask them directly, that's what they're there for.
Nervous about someone working on your car? You stay with your vehicle for the whole appointment, no keys are handed over, and the installation itself typically takes under two hours. It's designed to be straightforward, not disruptive.
Common questions about installation
Will I need to leave my car anywhere?
No. Installation happens at a location you choose, and takes place while you're there. You don't need to drop your vehicle off or leave it unattended.
Do I have to hand over my keys?
No keys are handed over as part of installation. You stay with your vehicle throughout the appointment.
How long will it actually take?
Installation typically takes under two hours, start to finish, with no disruption to the rest of your day.
