Every GuardOn device, EasyTrack, Guardian and Phantom Guard, comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date your device is installed.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the hardware
- Faults that stop the device working as intended
- Replacement or repair at our cost, within the warranty period
What's not covered
- –Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification
- –Accident damage
- –Normal wear and tear
If something goes wrong
